Kleinfeld Bridal will launch a new special-occasion dress collection for young girls under Kleinfeld Pink Label. The first line will be available in stores and online for holiday 2014.
Kleinfeld Pink Label will be designed, manufactured and distributed via a license with Kahn Lucas, a privately held fourth-generation girls’ dress manufacturer. Dresses will range from size 2T to 12, and will retail from $85 to $125.
“Kleinfeld Pink Label is the perfect extension of our bridal fashion business and is our first foray into offering dresses under the Kleinfeld name,” said Ronald Rothstein, co-owner of Kleinfeld. “We are all about creating ‘magical moments’ at special occasions, and we want young girls to be able to participate in that.”
There will be about 50 styles split between Flower Girl, in a pastel color story, and Holiday Elegance, in a color story of red, ivory, black and metallic. The brand is targeting such stores as Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdale’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and The Bay.
Kleinfeld Pink Label joins other brand extensions such as Kleinfeld Hudson’s Bay, Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks and Kleinfeld Paper.
