Capsule, part of the Modern Assembly collective showing at the Sands Expo at Venetian/Palazzo, is most “boutique” of all the trade shows in Las Vegas.

Its intimate and highly curated vibe — the show went from being held in a cavernous space downstairs at the Sands a year ago to a cozy upstairs ballroom last season — invites buyers to linger or get personal with designers, many of whom man their own booths, like Los Angeles-based jewelry designer Gabriella Artigas and luxury leather goods designer Jason Jones of Parabellum.
However, the easy layout and open booth setup mean that those pressed for time can easily find what they are looking for and be in and out. This year’s show includes 20 brands that are either unisex or women’s only. Among the women’s only brands are Bazzul, Anvy, Atelier Delphine, Ali Golden, Back by Anne-Sofie Back, Adina Mills Designhouse, Andi, Abacaxi, Again and Acacia Swimwear.
Befitting its cool-kid vibe, Capsule also has a mobile app that allows users to plan their show on the go.
