Memo Pad: Glamming the ‘Jersey Shore’… Min’s Next Move… The Naked Truth…

Harper’s Bazaar shot the colorful girls of "Jersey Shore" for an upcoming issue.

GUIDETTES GO GLAM: One need only to turn on a TV or glance at a gossip blog for evidence that the guys and girls of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” are still basking in, and hyperactively milking, their 15 minutes. And now the girls will be doing so in better outfits courtesy of Glenda Bailey and Harper’s Bazaar, who shot the colorful bunch for an upcoming issue. It seems cast member Jenni “JWOWW” Farley let the cat out of the bag on Tuesday, when she told her 100,000-plus Twitter followers she was on the way “to the Harper’s Bazaar Shoot…Prior to the show I never purchased one mag/now I’m in a lot of em! And buy 10 a wk! They’re addicting!” (Early that morning, Farley tweeted that she couldn’t sleep, anxious about a “Harper Bizaar shoot in 6 hrs.”).

For the shoot, Farley was joined by Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, who posted several TwitPics from on set, including one with the day’s apparent photographer, Danielle Levitt. (Bazaar senior features editor Elisa Lipsky-Karasz is said to have been given the harrowing task of penning the accompanying feature.)

Harper’s Bazaar isn’t the cast’s first high-fashion gig. On Feb. 19, the boys of the “Shore,” including Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio and Ronnie Magro, were photographed by Terry Richardson for Interview magazine. That much-tweeted-about shoot (which also features model Bar Refaeli) will appear in the April issue. — Nick Axelrod

MIN’S NEXT MOVE?: Since leaving Us Weekly in July, Janice Min has been quiet on the media scene, save for talk of her upcoming book, “From Mousewife to Momshell,” but perhaps she won’t be gone for too much longer. According to sources, Min has been making the rounds with Ben Silverman pitching Web site concepts to online media, such as AOL. Insiders say Min could be interested in launching a celebrity mom-based site, a topic she undoubtedly has a lot of interest in covering. “We have not announced anything along these lines so I definitely can’t confirm,” said a spokeswoman at Electus, Silverman’s new company, which is part of Barry Diller’s IAC/InterActiveCorp. — Amy Wicks

THE NAKED TRUTH: Cosmopolitan clearly has a thing for vampires. The magazine held its “fun fearless male awards” on Monday night and three of the winners had some connection to those popular blood-sucking characters — from Kellan Lutz of “Twilight” to Paul Wesley of “The Vampire Diaries” and Stephen Moyer of “True Blood.” “I’ll try and get through this speech without crying,” Moyer said, adding his designer underwear didn’t arrive at his hotel room before the ceremony, so perhaps it was “fun and fearless” that he was going commando. Chris O’Donnell, honored for being a “sexy special agent,” couldn’t resist telling the mostly female crowd: “It didn’t have anything to do with misplaced luggage. I’m commando.” Earlier in the evening, he was overheard talking to editor in chief Kate White about new Massachusetts Gov. Scott Brown, noting that he, too, would pose naked for the magazine.

Gerard Butler gave the last speech of the night, after sitting next to White during the awards dinner, on the 36th floor of the Mandarin Oriental hotel. “I’m wearing a women’s g-string, because I like it,” said Butler, who noted he’s not up for any other awards. “I’m surprised I’m not nominated for an Oscar. I mean, did they see ‘The Ugly Truth’?” — A.W.
