REBECCA TAPS LANGLEY: Langley Fox Hemingway, the 24-year-old great-granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway and daughter of actress Mariel, will appear in Rebecca Minkoff’s fall ad campaign. The artist and part-time model was photographed by Seiji Fujimori. “I wanted to have Langley star in our ad campaign the second I met her. She personifies the ultimate Rebecca Minkoff girl; someone who is talented, confident and exudes a sense of personal style,” said Minkoff.

The budget for the digitally focused campaign is flat to a year ago, said a spokeswoman.

Hemingway, who has done illustrations for Alice + Olivia and Louis Vuitton, has previously appeared in a Marc Jacobs fragrance campaign and walked in Marc Jacobs’ fashion show last September.

In the meantime, Minkoff, who designs accessories, footwear, apparel, handbags and jewelry, is spreading out. She will open her first retail store this fall in New York’s SoHo, which will be followed by two West Coast stores at 8335 Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood and 2124 Fillmore Street in San Francisco. The California stores are expected to open by 2015.
