Condé Nast Takes More Space at One World Trade Center

In anticipation of its move in about two years, the publisher has committed to an additional 133,000 square feet of space.

SPATIAL DIMENSION: In anticipation of its move to One World Trade Center in about two years, Condé Nast has committed to an additional 133,000 square feet of space on top of its original deal to occupy 1.05 million square feet. “We are exercising our option to take the maximum number of floors as stated in the original agreement; we are not taking additional space on top of that,” said a Condé Nast spokeswoman. Sources said the deal has nothing to do with Fairchild Fashion Media, which publishes WWD. Fairchild operates as a separate division from Condé Nast and has never had plans to move with the rest of the parent company to One World Trade Center.
