Public relations firm Syndicate has merged with social media agency WFG Media.

SYNDICATE MERGER: Public relations firm Syndicate has merged with social media agency WFG Media to form an integrated company that offers both traditional and online communication and strategy services. The new company, called Syndicate Media Group, counts current clients Oscar de la Renta, Reed Krakoff, Soho House Group, Veuve Clicquot, Rémy Martin, Morgans Hotel Group and Ferrari, among others. Both Nathan Ellis, founder of Syndicate, and WFG Media founder Nima Abassi will take the title of founding partner at the new agency. The merged company has 25 employees in its New York and Los Angeles offices.

GAY PARIS: Tetu, a general interest gay magazine in France, is celebrating its 15th birthday with an exhibition and charity auction of 25 autographed covers. The first issue featured Catherine Deneuve on the cover; the latest, French singer Julien Doré. Also on the block will be issues with cover boys Jean Paul Gaultier, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac and Pierre Hardy, with profits going to the SOS Homophobie organization. The magazine will also host a birthday party during Men’s Fashion Week in Paris. Pierre Bergé is one of the investors in the monthly magazine that he helped launch. The exhibition at the Reflexgallery in Paris runs from June 23 to Aug. 25.
