TOM FORD’S NEW GIRL: Victoria’s Secret angel Candice Swanepoel vamps in the new fall ad campaign for Tom Ford women’s wear, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. The images break in September books and were shot outdoors in London in a spot overlooking the Thames River. Some of the ads also feature model Jon Kortajarena, a Tom Ford favorite, who appears in the men’s fall campaign. Alas and Piggott also shot the fall Tom Ford cosmetics campaign, which features Lara Stone. Swanepoel is currently in the new Versace Bright Crystal fragrance ads and the Carina Duek campaign in Brazil.

THE PRICE FOR CASEY: The payday for Casey Anthony’s first post-jail interview could be sizable, depending which way she decides to go. In print, media insiders predict that no U.S. magazine will feature her prominently on the cover, with an interview, because her story involving the death of her child is too hard to sell given the stigma attached the case. Many believe a British weekly will probably step in, however, and Anthony could walk away with up to $500,000. On top of that would be any money she receives for a tell-all book, which is bound to be in the works.
In the U.S., networks are vying for Anthony’s first TV sit-down interview, but no wants to be caught paying for it. Sources predicted that the network that scores Anthony will make its money on the back end, by licensing photographs and video of her deceased daughter, Caylee. And then there’s Jerry Springer, who is reportedly offering Anthony $1 million to appear on his show. But there’s a catch: RadarOnline reported that Anthony would have to appear with her parents and brother in order to cash in and it’s not exactly one big happy family.
