DALLAS FASHION WEEK CANCELED: Dallas International Fashion Week, which was scheduled to begin Saturday and run through Friday, has been postponed, said David Manning, executive producer and managing partner, LIVEstyle Entertainment, which was producing the event with the Dallas Market Center and Commerce House, a Dallas-based marketing company. The decision was made to put off the event “to concentrate on maximizing our overall general promotion,” Manning said. Purchased tickets, which were priced from $45 to $150, will be refunded.
