Keaton Row, the one-year-old Web site that brings the relationship between personal stylists and clients online, has hired Ha Nguyen as chief product officer. Nguyen was previously vice president of product management at Stella & Dot, where she was responsible for the development of the company’s proprietary social selling platform. Nguyen has more than a decade of product and marketplace experience leading product teams at eBay, Oodle and Betfair, which was acquired by QVC.
“Ha brings a combination of online, marketplace and offline sales and leadership experience that makes her a vital asset to lead Keaton Row’s immediate product priorities,” said Elenor Mak, cofounder, adding that Ha will conceptualize and realize the long-term vision of the site.
Her responsibilities will include redesigning the client on-boarding process, activating interactive technology to the look book shopping experience and building out an intelligent dashboard for stylists that will feature business-management tools to support business growth.
Keaton Row’s hire of Nguyen is the first step of the company’s re-branding strategy, which will include other key hires, advanced technology and the launch of its first iOS app.
