Jack Stahl Joins Saks Board

De Waal and Stadler step down as directors of luxe retailer.

Jack Stahl, former Revlon Inc. president and chief executive officer, was named to the board of Saks Inc. Monday.

He will serve on the board’s audit committee. Stahl, 58, ran Revlon for four years ending in 2006 and before that spent more than 20 years at The Coca-Cola Co., where he was president and chief operating officer.

Saks also said that Ronald de Waal, chairman of Dutch retail firm We International, and Christopher Stadler, managing partner of CVC Capital Partners, resigned from the board because of time constraints.
