LANE BRYANT HONORS VICTIMS: Lane Bryant’s greater-Chicago area stores were closed on Sunday in mourning for the five people who were shot and killed at the retailer’s Tinley Park, Ill., location the day before. Charming Shoppes Inc., the parent of Lane Bryant, stated it has offered a $50,000 reward to assist the authorities in their investigation. A store manager and four customers were fatally shot at the store in Tinley Park, a suburb south of Chicago, on Saturday morning, confirmed a company spokeswoman. She said the shooting took place at approximately 10:43 a.m. Central time. A full police investigation is under way, but the fatalities appeared to be tied to a botched robbery, said Tinley Park Police Sgt. T.J. Grady.
