Barcelona-based Pronovias has been creating beautifully chic wedding dresses for more than a half-century, and in the past few years has experienced tremendous growth in the U.S. For fall 2017 — Pronovias’ second season showing during New York Bridal Week — designer Hervé Moreau created an ethereal collection, cloudlike with a soft texture, focused on detail with intricate and feminine embroideries and embellishments. The dreamy lineup was filled with texture, tulle and lace, primarily on body-skimming  gowns. A simple sheath with a fully sliced back revealed a transparent panel with elaborate embellishment, while  an A-line gown featured frothy lace and embellishment. Overall, the collection was sexy but with a refined and polished hand.
