For his fourth couture outing, Alexandre Vauthier stuck to what he does best: high-octane glamour with an after-dark feel. Jessica Stam set the tone by opening the show in a black ostrich feather chubby worn with fierce black jet beaded Louboutins. A parade of Helmut Newton-esque models were ready for nightclubbing in body-conscious white dresses topped with a black mink capelet or with a padded epaulet running across the collarbone. Triangular shapes abounded, most notably in a molded white dress rising into a bold black shoulder line. Meanwhile, tunics with ample split sleeves had a dramatic sweep.
