It was Ann Yee’s sure-handed way of draping silk dresses and balancing young silhouettes with more sophisticated shapes that made her first presentation largely successful. The most promising examples were easy wool bouclé shorts, topped with a beautifully cut butterfly blouse; seamed capri pants with a bulky pullover and a long softly pleated skirt, shown with a tiny cropped top.
