From the first look it was clear that the aggressive side of Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs was back with a vengeance. Curve-hugging silhouettes and flashes of skin provided a very sultry, luxe take on a “vagabond,” inspired by a road trip out west. With Native American touches, like leather fringe on button-down shirts, long silk strands on dresses and dramatic elastic cording, the collection was most successful when shine and exposed zippers were kept to a minimum. Also, noteworthy were the rich wool felt coats trimmed in fox that any wanderer of a well-heeled nature must have.
