Chinami Kamishima presented a fall collection ripe with her signature, understated femininity, with some masculine touches thrown in for contrast. There were loosely draped dresses and blouses in fluid fabrics, followed by structured wool coats and cotton twill trousers. While most pieces were rendered in solid neutral tones of tan, beige, black, white, gray and ochre, splashes of color were seen in an orange and eggplant tulip print and a pair of bright red pants cropped at the ankle. The designer played with texture by adorning wool shift dresses with fur sleeves or boucle bodices in contrasting tones.
