Topshop unfurled a slick offering of excellent trousers, full-circle skirts, great outerwear and a confident mish-mash of textures. Cara Delevingne opened the show in a wet-look leather skater skirt with a midriff-baring knit top and a coat made of giant furry patches. It was the first of many expertly clashed ensembles, the best example of which was a midi-length full-circle skirt in rose sequins that was worn with a cropped top and shearling coat.
Trousers came in tapered or mannish styles. Victorian pub wallpapers inspired a black, white and red print story that appeared oversized and pixelated in smooth silk tops and dresses, or chunky sweaters.
