With this beautiful collection, creative director Umit Benan interpreted the Trussardi codes in a contemporary way. Leather, an homage to the company’s heritage, took center stage. It was reworked in well-cut pieces such as sharp suits, biker jackets and raw-edged tops, all with a subtle rock ’n’ roll feel that was seamlessly incorporated into the sophisticated lineup.

The clean palette of black and cream was at times interspersed with tartan, as shown on a fluid jumpsuit worn under a blazer, and a leopard pattern that turned a zipped jacket and fluid skirt glamorous.

Benan, one of the hippest men’s designers on the international scene, applied his tailoring skills to the masculine-driven outerwear — oversize coats, trenches, peacoats — that was softened with below-the-knee pleated skirts and sensual pencil styles, adding a touch of sweetness to this strong outing.
