For her first show at Tokyo fashion week, Mongolian-born designer Ariunaa Surenjav showed a collection of street-ready pieces in cool tones of sage green, ice blue, dove gray and charcoal, accentuated with black. Fluid jersey tunics and leather motorcycle jackets were layered over skinny jeans, sometimes dyed in gradated colors. Surenjav also featured knits prominently, from long open cardigans to thigh-skimming sweater dresses and shrugs with faux-layered necklines.
