Johan Ku showed a dark collection of modern, edgy styles. Several key pieces were fashioned from a jumbled patchwork fabric of lace, shiny synthetics and other contrasting textiles, and then paired with black leather or Ku’s signature knits. High hemlines, low backs, skintight pants and open knits showing plenty of skin oozed sex appeal. Ku also showed skillfully deconstructed and asymmetric pieces, such as sweaters and dresses with strategically placed fraying, holes, fringe, gathers and twists.
