This collection was full of tailoring — and contrasts: Dark and bright, shiny and matte, curve-hugging and voluminous.

Coats were the stars of the show. They ranged from dark wool numbers with pleats at the back to elegant gray toppers that gleamed with silver Lurex threads. The latter were paired with purple and green fox fur wraps that gave them an otherworldly feel.

There were nifty pleated skirts made from silvery fabric and a skinny gunmetal trouser suit with a short, matching cape. Other looks included black body-hugging dresses — some with exaggerated corset details — and lean suits worn with wide obi belts for only the fiercest of Lynn’s customers.
