Set on building the company’s women’s business, Dirk Bikkembergs hired members of Italian football team Inter Femminile Milano to model the fall collection, designed by Hamish Morrow. During the in-store presentation, the athletes wore all-black looks from the lineup’s “rock” selection, the edgy counterpoint to the “pop” daywear range. Between them, the current commercial streetwear trends — a printed Neoprene sweatshirt, fitted black dress with gold zipper details, leather pants — were well covered.
