Let it snow. Giovanna Randall’s set featured a magical glass house with falling snow built at the start of the runway, so it was no surprise backstage when Randall said her inspiration was “the idea of living in a snow globe.”

She translated her theme well with iridescent overlays on floral dresses, clear plastic embroideries on frocks, and Swarovski crystals on eveningwear representing frosty droplets.

There were also plenty of delicate pleats on everything from the neckline of a blouse to the hem on pants, which at times bordered on little-girl looks that were too sugary sweet.
