Misha Nonoo’s architectural approach to fall resulted in sculpted silhouettes, transparencies and geometric cutouts that were more mature and sophisticated than her spring effort.

Pretty outerwear provided an alluring anchor to the collection. A masculine coat in a rich burgundy was worn over a feminine miniskirt with a Mongolian fur side panel paired with a turtleneck, while a belted lilac overcoat with a white fur collar veiled a silk shirtdress. The dress showed a digital print of Louis Kahn’s Kimbell Art Museum, a major inspiration for the collection.

The designer also injected a sophisticated spin into knitwear with a short-sleeve sweater decorated with an interwoven detail on the front, over a pencil skirt featuring a see-through geometric insert.
