Creative director Odile Benjamin’s inspirations included the Wiener Werkstätte movement, sculptor John Chamberlain and meteorites. The multitude of references — from a light-blue Jackie Kennedy-esque column to a slinky Sant’Angelo number — blurred her message. The best here was Benjamin’s graphic black-and-white day group, including a jumpsuit and a diamond-patterned coat, top and skirt.
As for Raoul’s new stand-alone collection of accessories, the message was loud and clear. Designed by Parisian Raphael Young, the bags and shoes had a cool, urban edge.
