Pierre Hassan showed his classic separates and elegant evening wear on mannequins with animal heads. “They are inspired by those used by Milanese fashion house Mingolini & Guggenheim,” said the designer, who looked to Fifties couture for this retro lineup.

Hassan also reworked original Chanel fabrics from 1989, including a hot-pink tweed on a fitted strapless evening dress decorated with enamel floral details at the waist, along with a Lurex velvet that he cut into a midi pencil skirt and showed with a dotted devoré velvet shirt.
