There was a marked severity to Yigal Azrouël’s sophisticated outing for fall. In a palette of black and rich wintery hues, his precise tailoring was evident, as were his thoughtfully considered details. A wool mohair topper and a beautiful coated bouclé dress, for example, were both cut slim with contrast sleeves in knit and leather, respectively, attached via industrial zippers for a slight edge. Prints were graphic, while simple cropped pants looked luxurious in lambskin.

As for the eveningwear, the finale series of gowns with capped sleeves or sheer backs balanced out the collection with a soft touch.
