Christian Siriano RTW Fall 2015

The designer’s fall collection featured a safari theme.

Christian Siriano: Inspired by the Congo, Christian Siriano created a fall collection rooted in the patterns and colors of the jungle.

It began with the abundance of plant life at his venue and continued with a menagerie of creatures: zebras in a wool crepe flounce dress, leopards in a jacquard-and-tulle gown, tigers in a below-the-knee cashmere sheath and wrap coat and panthers in a sexy, printed-velvet tunic with a side and wide-leg pants.

But the designer’s fixation on Africa didn’t end there. He showed bold, exotic florals in an easy taffeta overcoat, a swing skirt and an off-the-shoulder top.

It was fun to see Siriano’s wild side.
