Angela Missoni thought up a collection referencing, as she put it, “wayfaring surfers riding their tidal wave around the world.” The moment the first model appeared on the runway, sporting a slouchy loom-knit suit, it was clear this was going to be a relaxed affair.

A late-Sixties vibe then swept down the runway, as the wayfaring surfer turned modern-day hippie clad in a long Japanese-inspired cardigan boasting a shawl collar lined with shearling. Matching fuzzy leather sandals bursting with shearling fed into the bohemian theme.

As for prints, the brand showcased a marine-inspired design developed in collaboration with Carnovsky, which adorned the only non-knitted piece of the collection: a nylon jumper so thin it was worn like a shirt.
