Renowned for an exclusive printing process that makes each garments unique, designers Christian Niessen and Nicole Lachelle employed images of social unrest, poetry by Ono No Komachi and floating squares for their spring series for men and women.

Despite their intellectual approach to fashion, the highlight of the collection was familiar — Japanese selvage denim. As it is woven in small widths, it was cut on the bias, and the selvage edges served as graphic flashes on the lapels and sleeves of tailored blazers, sleeveless coats as well as classic jeans and jeans jackets.
