Rodolfo Paglialunga showed a glamorous pre-fall collection at Vionnet, for which he channeled the Thirties and Forties with a Western flair (which often looked inspired by Mae West flair). This was most evident in a fringed knit cape over a bronze lamé evening gown with graphic frill at its hem. A graphic feather print also made its way through the collection, shown on a belted coat with matching scarf and a sporty, silk satin quilted bomber jacket over a sequined chiffon dress.
