As always, a geographic destination inspired Tsumori Chisato for pre-fall. This time it was a trip to Prague and the Czech Republic, thus the clothes had an Eastern European feel. A graphic print, which loosely recalled Constructivist art, was strong and adorned peasantlike wool dresses and knit tops.

A fox was Chisato’s animal of the season, the motif worked as prints, embroidery and even as big cartoonish fur stoles that played against the mostly urban mood.

Apart from some of the more folkloric accents, i.e., tops and skirts that resembled crochet blankets, this was a more grown-up effort for Chisato.
