Creative director Emma Hill showed a tongue-in-cheek Mulberry lineup inspired by the British seaside, circa the Seventies. Playful, quirky prints were worked throughout: The Bonkers Beach one, a photo montage of all things beachy, was on everything from a sweet shirtdress to a cool visor, while Stripy Straws, based on a photo Hill took of a bunch of straws scattered on the ground, was shown in a blue or pink colorway on swimsuits, shirts and dresses. A googly-eyed fruit motif looked charming on knits, bikinis and scarves. Aside from all the fun prints, there were also some great summer tweed suits, striped knits and light-blue denim, some of which was decorated with colorful studs for a touch of bling.
