Alessandro Dell’Acqua described his No. 21 resort collection as “fresh, summery and perfect to be packed up for a vacation.” The slim, basic shapes were done in light, soft fabrics such as silk, cotton and lace, in ethereal shades of baby pink or bold corals, greens and china blues. “Considering the season, I focused on dresses and wearable pieces that are easy to mix and match,” the designer added. Standouts included a plush snakeskin skirt worn with a Peter Pan-collared cotton pullover, and a silk and cotton blouse featuring ethnic details with pink cigarette pants. There were also floral foulard prints in various color combinations, including a blue version shown on a masculine shirt with lace details on its shoulders and a cotton poplin collar and cuffs.
