Reinstating the direction of her brand, Barbara Bui said she wanted to rework all the house codes in a clean, simple and casual way, affirming her desire for easy, comfortable clothes. Thus she focused on roomy volumes, some with kimono influences. With leather being a Bui focus, she worked it on coatdresses with origami drape panels, as well as tunic top-and-shorts combos decorated in hand-painted flowery motifs that recall Chinese porcelain vases.
