Amanda Wakeley said she was inspired by Eighties-era brights and metallics for this collection that she described as “sexy sports luxe.” She worked a body-hugging fabric made from wool and fine polyester into sculpted dresses and jackets in a palette of bright green, acid yellow, hot pink and gray.

Cotton trousers in an abstract jacquard pattern were paired with color-blocked cashmere knits, while others had a paper-bag texture and were rolled at the ankle. Wakeley worked with leather and suede — a pencil skirt suit came in midnight blue napa, and separates, including tracksuit bottoms, in suede.
