Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton have long embraced an eclectic mix at Sass & Bide. This season was no exception with their fusion of Moorish accents, preppy prints and ripped-up streetwear. While at times it all felt somewhat disjointed, there were plenty of good items that suited the line’s mix-and-match sensibility.

The ethnic influence came via gold braiding and studded accents on a halter gown and party dress, respectively. The designers interpreted preppy with stripes on a cute romper and a twill pantsuit, and the denim — a strong category for the brand — came torn in washed-out hues.
