With spring blossoms on her mind, Ines Di Santo sent out a frothy bridal collection brimming with leaf and floral prints, 3-D appliqués and colorful embroidery. The first four looks that opened the show also featured airy layers of tulle, imbuing the gowns with soft volume and a sense of movement.
Cut with plunging necklines, sheer-embroidered bustiers and mesh cutout detailing, much of the lineup radiated sex appeal. Scoring highest in the sultry category: a dramatic cutaway gown for the bride who wants to show off her toned gams, and a one-shoulder sheer mesh jumpsuit, with embroidered pink flowers all over the body and down the side of one leg. It came with a peplum miniskirt that detaches, allowing one’s wedding ensemble to become a wedding night ensemble in the blink of an eye.
