Daniella Helayel took her high-octane glamour down a notch for spring, sending out a laid-back collection filled with off-the-shoulder peasant dresses, wide-leg cotton trousers and broderie anglaise smock dresses. The designer also worked in a softer palette, with pieces such as a one-shouldered dress in dusky lilac chiffon and a tiered, chiffon maxidress in a delicate khaki, pink and yellow print. And for the show’s finale, Helayel unveiled a series of pretty, white cotton A-line dresses with fitted bodices that would be perfect for a picnic in the park.
