In his third season (counting resort), Alex Casertano once again displayed a concise lineup of graphic and architecturally constructed pieces. A silk raffia jacket, silk blouse and reinterpreted cargo shorts looked cool, while a sport coat, blouse and olive pants were simply chic. He didn’t evolve too much from his first collection, but there were promising hints of new ideas, including a long, tiered ivory gown and its shorter sister with a pop of red.
