Slipping out of her monk robes, Damir Doma’s muse adopted more womanly airs for spring, as well as color, notably screeching egg yolk shades which evoked a Buddhist monk’s saffron robes. Earthier elements worked better, like a long silk dress in dappled stone gray. Other pleasing pieces included knotted washed silk dresses, soft batwing bomber jackets and slim halter-neck columns that, while offering a new direction, retained spiritual airs.
