A trip back in time to Rio de Janeiro was the inspiration behind this breezy collection from the husband-and-wife design team Suzanne Clements and Inacio Ribeiro.

The duo worked bright parrot and fern prints with a retro feel on cotton silk faille dresses, boxy cabana tops, and cropped sweatshirts, some of them spiked with black and white lace for a Carmen Miranda touch. Meanwhile, the wave pattern on swingy sleeveless dresses was descended directly from the famous tiled sidewalks of Copacabana Beach.
