Rocco Barocco called his collection “La Vie En Rose,” and he did indeed celebrate the flower. But he did so unexpectedly, setting aside obvious romanticism in favor of a bold and festive (at times too much so) take on the theme. Multicolor maxi roses were printed on a crinkled silk dress cinched at the waist with a leopard sash, while a tight leopard suit flaunted blooms hand-painted in silver.

In a more sophisticated mood, Barocco added sartorial details to otherwise sleek gowns, such as the pink crystal-beaded strap and draped chiffon insert featured on a black column.
