Since Jen Kao called her collection Hound & Hare, it only made sense that two gorgeous hound dogs would walk the runway. As for the hares, they appeared as colorful embroideries on a sexy transparent minidress.

On a slightly deeper level of interpretation, the lineup started off strong (like a hound) with a range of denim-centered pieces featuring a workwear-inspired feel, including a raw-cut elongated vest with matching shorts and fold-over wide-leg pants topped with a woven raffia bomber jacket.

From there things softened up with a group of Americana-themed plaid outfits, and ended with the most feminine of all — fluid silk chiffon dresses embellished with muted floral motifs.
