Barbra Streisand, Harold Arlen’s music, costumes by Irene Sharaff and Cleopatra eyes all played into Johnny Talbot and Adrian Runhof’s spring inspirations.

Geometric patterns abounded in the collection, made up mostly of long and short dresses in fabrics ranging from white-and-black cotton jacquards to yellow fil-à-fil jacquard brocade organza to tricolor crepe satin.

Some of the dresses popped into the third dimension with hologram brocade, reversed hologram sequins and hologram foil flowers springing from cotton tweed. Numerous looks had built-in capes, while more hard-core was the gown worked in black stretch leather.
