Bracken-Ferguson, founder of The BrainTrust, and her BrainTrust team have agreed to join CAA-GBG to enhance its digital and social media presence.
The company’s acquisition of BCBG Max Azria Group’s operations is expected to drive second-half top-line growth.
The group will fork over an additional $4.2 million to acquire the business.
