For its curiosity cabinet-themed presentation, Boucheron on Thursday will unveil around 45 new watch and jewelry creations, including 30 new high jewelry pieces. In a menagerie of powerful precious animals, a unicorn and a lion are immortalized on bejeweled cuffs. New incarnations of the house’s serpent theme, meanwhile, include a curling “question mark” snake necklace, this time fitted with a flickering retractable tongue. The house’s aquatic theme shows up in a mesmerizing jellyfish ring of carved pink quartz, with deep-colored cabochon tourmaline beads and rubies penetrating its body.
