Designed by Louise Olsen and Stephen Ormandy, the jewelry complemented Romance’s Australian bush-themed Cooee Couture show. In September, Dinosaur will release a commercial collection inspired by that show through its 11 freestanding boutiques in Australia, New York and London.

The 29-unit Dinosaur Designs x Romance Was Born collection includes earrings, necklaces, pendants and a choker. Prices range from $85 for a small gumnut earring to $350 for a gumnut coral necklace. buying director Justin O’Shea — a Queensland native who has been out of the country for 14 years — was so impressed by the show, he’s developing his own Australiana-themed collection with Dinosaur Designs that will bow exclusively on before Christmas.

“Going home to see fashion week for the first time this year really made me really look at our country, and I became very patriotic, very quickly,” said O’Shea.
