Chronoswiss is ramping up its brand. The Munich-based watchmaker, known for its classic timepieces, opened a U.S. subsidiary in 2008, trimmed its distribution here to 15 doors and at Basel this year launched the Sauterelle, the company’s first watch with an in-house movement. Watches range between
$3,800 and $60,000.
