CEW Honors Third Annual Beauty’s Top Talent Award Winners

This year's nominations came from the largest pool of submissions to date.

This year’s CEW Beauty’s Top Talent Awards brought in its largest pool of nominations to date since its inception three years ago.

Honorees, whose names were submitted by the CEW board of governors, celebrated with a breakfast at the Union League Club in New York on Wednesday.

This year’s honorees included Regina Baptista, vice president of marketing at IT Cosmetics; Tiffani Carter-Thompson, vice president of global communications at Philosophy, Coty Inc.; Liz Cavalieri, senior vice president of global sales and education, Laura Geller New York; Dena Nilsen, vice president North America marketing, Aramis and designer fragrances, Estée Lauder Cos. Inc.; Alexandra Papazian, field sales vice president of international designer collections at L’Oréal, and Deborah Ross, senior director of makeup marketing at Dior North America.

The winners, recognized for their leadership skills, talent, posted results and potential for future advancement, each received an education grant worth $3,000 for executive leadership training from the American Association of University Women.
